For as long as I can remember, inspiring & awakening others has been a passion of mine; feeling as though I've made a positive difference. Truthfully, early on, I traveled down many roads. My experiences have been vast. With a BSBA in Marketing from Western New England College & study in education, I've spent time in the business world of Sales & Marketing for Fortune 500 companies, and in the education arena as a Teacher. After experiencing many transitions throughout the course of my life, I have become a committed researcher in human development & what it truly takes to live our most FULFILLING life.

My most rewarding role of all & of course, always a piece of cake (right?!)....is being a Mom!  Raising my children as a divorced single Mom has certainly provided me with many insights, for sure...they have certainly taught me a lot! Truly, though, they are the motivation behind every dream that's imprinted in my heart. I believe much of the wisdom I have developed in helping others has resulted from being married, divorced, and single as a Mom. I have a deep understanding of what teens and women are going through and HOW to stay the course no matter what! My experiences have been priceless.

My mission is to make sure that every Teenage Girl & Woman has the opportunity to have an amazing journey, filled with fulfillment on ALL levels. I am dedicated to supporting teen girls & helping them discover their strengths, passions, and abilities so that they can confidently move forward to the next stage of life, no matter what that stage may be! Let's face it, a STRONG foundation is a must for all women! My programs & group coaching helps them through self-discovery exercises & helps them become aware of their inherent greatness & self-worth. 

It's been shared by others that it's easy to talk with me & that I "get it". I look forward to helping you through the many transitions in LIFE. Remember, you are worthy of the best!
